Oveni hatten var der Mads og Monopolet 10-\u00e5rs jubil\u00e6um i radioen s\u00e5 der var lagt op til en god, langsom morgen \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Det blev selvsagt ogs\u00e5 brunchtid, f\u00f8r vi fik os nosset sammen til et lave noget mad. Det blev til disse l\u00e6kre <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.madbanditten.dk\/2011\/10\/11\/laekre-brunchpandekager-glutenfri-og-lchf\/\">brunchpandekager<\/a> (igen fra Janes blog) \u00c6ndrede en lillebitte smule i opskriften, s\u00e5 her f\u00e5r I lige den version, vi endte med:<\/p>\n<h1>LCHF brunchpande med kanel\u00e6bler og vanilleskum (ca. 10 stk)<br \/><\/h1>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Du skal bruge:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>80 g mandelmel fra <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/sukrin.com\/dk\/mandelmel\/om\/\">Funktionel Mad<\/a> (alm. kan ikke bruges)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 spsk, loppefr\u00f8skaller<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk Sukrin (brugte Gold)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk kardemomme<\/li>\n<li>lidt revet \u00f8ko-limeskal<\/li>\n<li>3 dl s\u00f8dm\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00e6g<\/li>\n<li>75 g smeltet sm\u00f8r (+ ekstra til stegning)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Fyld:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 \u00e6bler<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk kanel<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 l fl\u00f8de (brugte Naturm\u00e6lks doublecream med 48% &#8211; det blev den bestemt ikke d\u00e5rligere af \ud83d\ude09&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk vanillepulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>S\u00e5dan:<\/h3>\n<p>Bland alle de t\u00f8rre ingredienser i en sk\u00e5l og r\u00f8r m\u00e6lken i lidt efter lidt, for at undg\u00e5 klumper. R\u00f8r herefter \u00e6g og smeltet sm\u00f8r i, og laden dejen st\u00e5 lidt, mens du opvarmer en pande med sm\u00f8r. Steg sm\u00e5 runde &#8220;amerikanerpandekager&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Pisk imens fl\u00f8den med vanillen og steg til sidst \u00e6blerne p\u00e5 en pande med sm\u00f8r og kanel.
